Equipment Rental Center
MWR offers a variety of water sports toys, bouncy houses, trailers, pop-up campers, and electric bikes, as well as other yard games and party accessories.

Lake Cochituate Beach
The beach can be accessed from May through October.
To same-day access, you must sign out a key with DES (Bldg. 1, Basement)
Lord Community Center
The Lord Community Center offers a large conference room capable accommodating up to 200 people for ceremonies, town halls, and receptions. Information about reserving this space can be received by emailing Natick MWR Room Reservations. Reservations required at all times.

South Pointe Bar
The South Pointe Bar is located in the lower level of the Lord Community Center, offering various table games, yard games, ping pong, pool, video machines, Darts and more!
The bar is open Tuesdays through Thursdays from 1500 to 1800.
The adjacent recreation area is available for rent outside of regular bar business hours weekdays.
