COVID-19 Update

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, certain restrictions are in effect to maximize social distancing.  Please adhere to all rules and requirements posted in and around the fitness center.  The staff is here to help; feel free to contact them if you have questions.  Thank you for your help to keep the team safe! 

CPT James Burt Fitness Center

At nearly 5300 square feet, Burt Building is equipped with free WiFi, Satellite TV, and a variety of strength and cardio equipment.  Bathing facilities are on site with lockers always available for daily use.

Lunch Time Fitness Classes

Classes are currently on hold due to COVID-19.

The Natick Fitness Program offers lunch-time fitness classes.  This 30 minute exercise class is offered at 11:40 a.m. and 12:20 p.m. Monday through Thursday, in the Fitness Center classroom area. 

This class incorporates dumbbell drills, bodyweight exercises, classic calisthenics and anything else that can get your heart rate up.  Our instructor is able to tailor class to your specific needs, scaling exercises to your own fitness level so that you can take class at your own pace; customer satisfaction comes before success.

Intramural Sports

Natick MWR offers seasonal Intramural Sports, including Soccer, Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football, and the everso popular Softball program.  Visit the Sports page for more information.

Locker requests will be handled on a first-come first- serve basis. Locker requests are NOT a guarantee to receive a locker.

Agreement

By selecting agree to this form, you agree to keep your personal belongings in the locker only. Assigned lockers are to be locked when unattended. You are responsible for all items in your locker, and for providing a functioning lock. Department of Emergency Services (DES) may access your locker if a DES/Family and MWR violation occurs. You will be notified in writing if a violation occurs. Family and MWR is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or altered by any actions or patrons.
