Make every event a hit with catering or boxed lunches from MWR! Large or small, we offer affordable and customizable options to enhance any group activity whether dining in the Snack Bar or taking out to eat offsite. We also have coffee and breakfast options so call, email, or stop in today!
Boxed Lunch
Our Boxed Lunch program offers an easy way for event hosts to disseminate, collect, pay, and track lunch order for group activities. The most current Boxed Lunch order form will always be posted here. Order forms may be emailed to an MWR representative or physical brought into the Snack Bar during regular business hours.
If this is your first time ordering, click on the “Email Us” icon to the right of this screen and one of our representatives will provide you with a contact email to submit orders.
Please allow at least two business days' notice on Boxed Lunch orders. For customized menu options, please work with a representative through our Catering Program or stop into the Snack Bar during regular business hours.
Catering
For your next Unit cookout, office meeting, or social event, come to the Snack Bar and see all that we have to offer. Every event has unique needs and our Catering Program can help you to take the guesswork out of feeding any group large or small. This service can be utilized for events in the Snack Bar or can be prepared for takeout.
We strive to serve every customer our very best. Due to ongoing industry changes to products, availability, and pricing, please plan to coordinate early on with final orders being placed no less than two weeks prior to the catering date. While not in all cases, minimum orders may apply.
The Snack Bar is now open every weekday for breakfast and lunch. Whether dining in or on the go, stop into the Hall Building for fresh food and beverage today! The bar opens routinely on Tuesdays and Thursdays for cold adult beverages and we even offer catering and boxed lunches for your next event.
