Lunch-Time Fitness Class!

"Thirty Minutes to Win It" (TMtWI) is a 30 minute exercise class offered at 1140 and 1220, Monday through Thursday, in the Bldg. 14 Exercise Facility. The class incorporates dumbbell drills, bodyweight exercises, classic calisthenics and anything else that can get your heart rate up to give you the best bang for your buck right here on Post. The beauty of class is that you can scale the exercises to your own fitness level and take class at your own pace; customer satisfaction comes before success so you can tailor the class to your particular needs.
